Description :: 1. To preside over the overall work of the sales department, the implementation of the company's sales decision, responsible for the completion of the company's sales mission.
2. Develop a phased sales plan, organize the implementation of sales department annual work plan, and complete the sales task.
3. Assist and participate in project sales planning.
4. Optimization of sales department internal management agencies to set programs and the job responsibilities and working standards.

Requirements :: -Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
-At least 5 years of related working experience in managerial roles.
-Strong bargaining power, good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational and leadership skills.
-Sensitive with market dynamics and news.
-Fluency in English and Chinese
