Description :: - To deal activities including sales promotion, marketing activities, sales forecast and any other related processes.
- To lead the sales team to develop strategies and action plans for the territory in Malaysia to meet the sales target
- To maintain contact with existing customers and to create new accounts aggressively.
- To ensure customers are updated with the latest products and to gather and collate feedback from customers to enhance product performance and service delivery.
- To ensure timely collections from customers.
- Report directly to Singapore’s head office.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Others or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): preferably with fishing tackle industry experience, willing to work and travel nationwide in malaysia, target oriented + aggressive + outgoing self-motivated with excellent, interpersonal skills and communication skills, highly mobile and possess own transport.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Nusajaya.
