Description :: 1. The jobholder is responsible to assist, manage and guide the Business Development of Medical Supplies / Devices department.
2. Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the Healthcare products and equipment sold and assigned by the Company, with special emphasis on growing the business volume and achieving the sales and income targets set by the Company.
3. Guide, develop and lead the team members in capturing and establishing a major market share.
4. Plan, develop and enhance the competitiveness and profitability of the business through customers, competitors’ and market intelligence, effective sales strategies
and marketing mix.
5. Assist the Sales Manager in managing and guiding the operations of the Healthcare business, to develop and grow the business in line with the Company’s strategy and plans.
6. Involved in creating strategic marketing and sales activities in line with the field tactics objectives to achieve the sales target.
7. Build good rapport and enhance mutual relationship with principals through regular feedback, local market knowledge and market needs.
8. Pursue and achieve total quality and competitive advantage through high degree of self-discipline, commitment and involvement at all levels of the organization as
well as with its customers, suppliers and principals.
Requirements :: 1. MINIMUM 2 Years Experience in Medical Devices / Supplies or Critical Care & OT Consumables with sufficient product knowledge, Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and customer base.
2. Degree in Business Administration, Medical Bio-Science, Life Science, Bio-Technology, Bio-Instrumentation, Bio-Chemistry, Engineering, Medical Imaging or related degree.
3. Possess strong interpersonal and good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Able to travel extensively within Malaysia.
