Description :: - Provide support to the sales team
- To coordinated various administrative services such as quotation, sales order, create delivery order & invoices, inventories control, data updating, records filing
- Tracking sales order & arranging logistics to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time
- Handling customer enquiries and complaint, provide customer service as necessary
- Coordinate with other section or department as necessary to support smooth running of operation; thereafter achieve the department objective
- Perform any other related duties as management may require from time to time.
Requirements :: - Minimum SPM & equivalent
- Candidates in similar position with 1-2 years of working experience in Wine industry will add advantage
- Tracking sales order & arranging logistics to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Computer literate and able to work indepedently
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
