A successful sales management trainee must undergo a 5-phase training program and take on 3 major roles at the various stages of development.
Sales and Marketing capability:
Training starts from taking on the sales role
Systematic and comprehensive training will be given to develop the fundamental skill set of face-to-face marketing
Skill set is honed through experience of ground-floor training in road shows and events environment
Confidence in communication and situation handling will also be enhanced
Training ability:
Training and people development skills will be taught to inculcate the ability to train and manage people
