- Generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands and products vs. competition.
- Establish branding and promotion strategies and direction, conceptualize, establish and enforce the visual identity of Company’s brands to be in line with the product and brand essence.
- Creating engaging brand experience through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touch points.
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and brand management plans for concession products to achieve profitability goals and business objectives.
- To work with Marketing department to lead agencies and internal team members where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relations (ATL, BTL & PR – advertising, marketing campaigns, collaterals, press releases, etc) for concession products.

- Development, management and execution of marketing plans and budgets. Conduct pre-launch and post- launch evaluations for all product launches and promotions.
- Analyze market research and trends that impact the marketing strategy and develop actionable insights relevant to the business to stay ahead of competition.
- Contributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
- Govern all TGV concession brands to ensure the brand identity and essence are adhered accordingly.
- Developing department marketing plans by identifying the key opportunities
- Developing action plans for the brands in line with business objectives. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or its equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a FMCG environment, specifically dealing with food/beverage products. Candidates with exposure in marketing and promotional acitivities for a chain of restaurants or a hotel are also encouraged to apply.
- Creative, high energy with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expectional organizational skills and ability to multi-task across multiple projects.
- Highly proficient user in Microsoft Office.
- Good track record of success in building brands and promotions based on consumer insights.
