Description :: Responsible to deal with internal and external stakeholders like bankers, auditors, tax agent, company secretaries on all statutory and
tax requirements compliance.
Filling of documents relating to General Ledger Section & Account Payable Section transaction in an orderly manner.
Work closely with vendor on the new system testing and implementation work, monitor and provide suggestions for improvement on the
new accounting module.
Process payment and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursement and statement.
Ensure all payments are accurate and consistent.
Prepare cheque manual ratio reports on monthly basis.
Keep accounting records and bank statements.
Perform Bank Reconciliation, check invoices and arrange payments.
Accurate and timely preparation and submission of financial reports.
Requirements :: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Microsoft Office: Excel
Detail oriented, ability to work independently, high sense of responsibility
