Description :: Prepares and processes purchase orders, invoices, cheque requests, manual cheques and online payments.
Reviews and approves purchasing and accounts payable transactions for posting.
Ensures purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matched.
Verify calculations and input codes in to the Accounts system (SQL) in an accurate manner.
Daily update when received the documents such as update invoices, debit or credit note and issue payments.
To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
To ensure that all post is sent daily.
Responsible for managing yearend cut off processes for Accounts Payable.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least STPM level and above.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam,Alma.
