Description :: - Demand Management :
o Material supply contracting, planning and schedule ; MOQ, blanket order, pull flow, safety stock, etc..
o Procure to demand, eg; execute internal order processing following defined procedures
o Determine best logistics strategy, eg; frequencies, routes, etc
o Make wise and sound daily procurement decision, eg; supply capacity management, define alternative for identified constraint, supply contingency planning, etc…
o Provide timely support and daily follow-up on supply priorities
- Supplier Relationship Management :
o Data collection of suppliers' performance and provide inputs to Sourcing team in terms of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service
o Work in collaboration with supplier for on-time & lead-time performance indicator

- Supplier Quality Management :
o Coordinate containment action and handling of supplier non-conformance
o Work in collaboration with QA to drive supplier quality improvement

- Inventory Management :
o Inventory control including quantity, location, quality of safety inventory, etc…
o Inventory replenishment through global site stock availability

- Supplier Database Maintenance :
o Update and maintenance of parameter setting on ERP

- Continuous improvement on overall supply chain management activities :
o Determine ways to improve lead-time through procurement KPI
o Determine ways to minimise safety stock level while providing high product availability
o Enhance cooperation between COHU My group to implement global best practice
o Ownership of procurement on commodity ZRaw :
o Responsible for commodity of ZRaw for Ismeca division of Manufacturing & Spare Part
o Provide continuous supply chain of material & services for Ismeca business division
- Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor'sProficient with Windows, Excel, and Material Resources Planning (MRP) tools
- Basic knowledge on reading engineering drawings.
- Good English communication skills
-Buying or sourcing experience preferred
