UMP Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (UMPH) or formerly known as KUKTEM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. was established on the 8th of March 2004 and is a fully owned company of Universiti Malaysia Pahang.
UMPH was established to be in line with the government’s call for universities to generate their own income and to be less dependent on government funds. UMPH in general is to commercialize all the scientific findings, inventions or products of the UMP. UMPH will also be the bridge between the university and any external interested party for the generation of income.
Currently UMPH has 2 subsidiaries namely UMP Consultancy & Training Sdn Bhd and UMP Green Technology Sdn Bhd and five business units.
