Description :: - Plan, organize, implement and execute strategies of promotional, product launching, PR, media plans, branding and advertising activities and programmes.
- Oversee and implement sales and marketing strategies of business unit with the objectives of achieving sales target.
- Analyze, prepare, present and review the product marketing plan.
- Directs product research and development. To gather market information on new projects, and competitor’s information.
'- Prepare and monitor marketing budget for advertising and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with creative agency and external supplier.
- Apply for Developer License, Advertising Permit and local authority advertising matter.
- Develop pricing, promotion packages and sales kit
- Plan the media campaign, events and setting up of sales gallery display
- Perform such others tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Management.
Requirements :: * Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Marketing or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of working experience in Property Development Industry
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to thrive in fast-paced and demanding environment
