- Job Responsibility:
1. Be part of SAP-DBM Project Team and lead in SAP-DBM Sales Nationwide Roll-out
2. Work Closely with Project Manager and system Roll-out.
3. Provide training to new and existing dealers
4. Coordinate, manage and plan for nationwide roll-out with team members in align with Honda Core Principles
5. Follow-up with dealers and prepare all necessary documentation for/during roll-out.
6. Able to install, configure and test SAP Client and Sales Module.
7. Require to travel across Malaysia for SAP Training, on-site support and implementation
8. Revise and update training material accordingly based on functional changes made upon deployment.
9. Able to solve issues with proper planning using own initiative with little guidance.
10. To take lead and coordinate on SAP-DBM enhancement Project
11. Good Knowledge in data migration and conversion in SAP.
12. Preparation for Go-live (System and Infrastructure)
13. Yearly review on DBM usage and performance requirement
14. Review enhancement with Section Head.
15. Able to deliver results and adapt under tight project schedule
16. Ad-hoc projects and task assigned by Department Head.
DBM Trainer
1. Support training to New Dealers on DBM system.
2. Check training material revised accordingly to functional changes made upon deployment.
