Description :: - To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and following up on pending matters.
- Responsible for any assigned general administrative job.
- To assist in any other task as and when required by management.
- Assist in daily accounting transactions.
- To perform posting of expenses, or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify accuracy and assist in stock-taking and other related functions.
- To check invoices, bills, vouchers or documents for corrections before entering into records.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Requirements :: - Min. LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or any relevant fields.
- Applicants must be computer literate.
- Knowledge of Accounting & Inventory system is added advantage, but not necessary.
- With / without working experience Extensive training provided.
- Self motivated, able to work independently and multi-task.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 5 days week.
