Description :: 1. Responsible for all advertising campaigns, thematic/ tactical promotions, communications plan, website (online media and social networks), visual display of the Mall.
2. Responsible for Visual Merchandising team's budget and expenses.
3. Responsible for formulating annual marketing calendar and budgets for all visual merchandising display of the Mall.
4. To develop and execute creative ideas, designs and innovative concepts to create the desired visual impact for the Mall.
5. To support Advertising & Promotions department in all thematic or tactical campaigns with Above-The-Line materials, Below-The-Line materials, set-up concept, layout, supervision of set-up etc.
6. To monitor and upkeep all visual displays in the Mall are in order and executive corrective measures if it is found otherwise.
7. To develop visual merchandising interior display concepts, visual design, billboard design, poster design, festival decoration polystyrene works and others creative work assigned
Requirements :: 1. Must have at least 2-3 years Visual Merchandising working experience in shopping Centre management and retail industry.
2. Minimum a diploma / degree holder in either Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Display or equivalent fields.
3. Must be proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Possess a strong analytical mind set to evaluate the market situation in order to develop an effective visual merchandising plan and strategy.
5. Able to manage and work with different agencies (media, creative, public relations or internet) to develop desired results for the Mall.
6. Possess creative instincts and flairs to develop new ideas and innovative plan for the Mall and a wide network of resources and technical know-how to complete relevant tasks.
7. Experienced and knowledge in Adobe illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-design PC and Macintosh.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work on odd-hours, weekends or public holidays when required.
