- -Assist on customer’s order processing, ie. to ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are logged and resolved on time.
-Coordinate with internal departments team to prepare goods delivery schedule and make necessary transport arrangement to ensure timely delivery in accordance with customer’s requirements.
-Prepare all relevant documents mainly on goods delivery such as Delivery Order (DO), invoices, etc.
-Assist in handling customer’s inquiry such as preparations of samples, catalogs, quotation, debit or credit notes, etc.
In charge of raw material and inventory record updates.
-Assist in general office administration as well as perform any other tasks and responsibilities as and when required.
- Requirements :
- -Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business studies or equivalent. However, SPM / STPM holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Especially Microsoft Excel)
-Able to speak and write in Chinese, Malay and English.
-Details oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-willing and able to handle multitasks independently.
-Consists of own transportation to workplace.
