- -Work closely with Marketing Director to ensure consistent execution of marketing strategy to meet business objectives.
-Plan and coordinate the conceptualization and implementation of integrated PR & marketing plan (e.g. events, sponsorships,& media relations, marketing communications, direct marketing, website, customer relationship management, events and activities) to ensure consistency with the company’s brand and image.
-Keep abreast of market trends, consumer behavior and monitor the competitive landscape with action plans to sustain the company’s competitive advantage position.
-Plan, implement and conduct post-evaluation of sales promotion activities, events, exhibitions, and trade promotions.
-Plan and implement new product advertising campaigns and product launches with conclusive marketing activities
-Cooperate with design and advertising agencies to develop marketing communication collateral.
-Manage customer’s database
Prepare monthly marketing reports.
-Build and maintain good network and working relationships with customers, suppliers, agencies and regulatory authorities.
-Handling customer complaints / Customer Account servicing - Requirements :
- -Min Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, Power Point.
-Great interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of employees.
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
-Positions are available in Prima Selayang, Batu Caves.
-Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
