-To oversee the daily management of the shopping complex in areas of retail lots leasing, building operations, maintenance, housekeeping, security and promotional activities.
-Analyze and understand the Profit & Loss Statement To maximize income and minimize operational cost.
-monitor and manage the complex income collection, rental aging record status and maintain stringent Tenancy management policies.

Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
