Description :: 1. To involve in Web design, Video Production & Telecommunication Management;
2. Able to do translation of report into from English to Mandarin version and vice versa;
3. Coordinate marketing campaign, provide event support, write press release and editing internal publications;
4. Office administrative tasks;
5. Update training/seminar attendance list and survey results;
6. To assist in marketing related activities of the branding(advertisements, various digital marketing such as Facebook, websites and event managements;
7. Create, update and upload EDM to the company website, Facebook & Twitter
Requirements :: 1. Minimum Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Mass Communication/ Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent;
2. Good knowledge in web design and video production;
3. Good communication skills, with written and verbal proficiency in Mandarin and English;
4. Pleasant personality and experience in handling customers;
5. Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment;
6. Fresh graduates and candidates without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience in the internet marketing, web design and video production will be considered;
7. Resourceful and pro-active in attending to customer’s enquiries
