1. Oversee, lead and monitor the sales and marketing team’s performance to ensure achievement of sales target.
2. Plan and execute marketing proposal for new project launches.
3. Plan marketing activities/program.
4. Monitor and submit the statutory report/survey on time.
5. Plan & monitor monthly & quarterly marketing budget/expenses.
6. Track and manage sales movement and conversion.
7. Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of department's operations
8. Ensure compliance to Company's policies & procedures as all times
 
Requirements :
1. At least Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent qualification;
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position in property development industry;
3. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantages;
4. Pleasant personality, able to interact effectively;
5. Ability to lead sales & marketing team;
6. Knowledge in IFCA D’ Developer system and credit administration would be an added advantage;
7. Computer literate in Microsoft Excel & Word.
8. Possess own transport
