- 1. To promote a diverse list of OUP / Oxford Fajar ELT publications to Universities, colleges, libraries and relevant educational institutions
2. To secure adoptions of OUP / Oxford Fajar course books in academic institutions
3. To plan and organize promotion, seminars and exhibitions
4. To understand customer needs and demands
5. To maintain and develop an accurate customer database
6. To manage customer accounts including collection and resolving credit issues/dispute claims
7. Monitor customer and market trends and provide feedback to the relevant functional department to aid decision making
8. Responsible for overall performance of ELT sales within the region.
9. Communicate with internal departments and stakeholders on information concerning opportunities, threats and customer interests or concerns.
10. Analyse sales data to effectively forecast and drive revenue growth
- Requirements :
- 1. Degree or diploma holder; Qualifications in areas such as English Language Education, Sales & Marketing or Mass Comm.
2. A proven track record in sales and sales management
3. Min 3 - 5 years relevant experience
4. Good presentation skills and account development skills with the ability to cater to different target audiences
5. Strong command of English (both written and spoken)
6. Ability to quickly develop understanding of English Language Teaching (ELT) market segment (experience in this area would be advantageous)
7. Resourceful, able to multi-task and work independently
