Description :
1. Reporting branches/dealers activity on monthly basis.
2. Reporting branches/dealers aftersales business, turnover, service retention, margin, workshop management, marketing activity and etc.
3. Assist the Manager to plan, develop and monitor branches/dealers service & workshop operations, the Dealer Standard Assessment by the Principal, assist with the updating of service as necessary and reviewed as and when required.
4. To safeguard and look after any tools and equipment owned by the company and to do an audit yearly to ensure the tools and equipment are properly kept and maintained for use purposes.
5. Plan and execute branches/dealers staff training management & development.
6. Conduct monthly branches/dealers visit or audit.
7. Provide guidance and support for branches/dealers to maintain efficient service and workshop operations.
8. Support company events.
9. Any other duties and responsibilities that the Management might impose from time to time. 
Requirements :
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience from service areas of Automotive business, especially passenger cars.
3. Person of high discipline, integrity and hardworking.
4. Possess strong leadership qualities, effective interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
5. Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan 51A/223 46100 Petaling Jaya,Selangor.
