- 1. Must willing to work on weekend and Public Holiday at Store, Putrajaya.
2. Carrying forward the design jobs and the details of the needs of the customers from the supervisor, contacting customer and inquiring about the needs in relation to the construction format – namely area size, any necessary details for decoration – as well as providing advices in relation to interior decoration in order to equip the customers with understanding towards the selection of the materials as well as the area measurement made at the customer’s house of which the data shall be used for designin
3. Proposing the designed layout to the customers or reproducing the layout of the materials that the customers have already had the idea in mind, answering the questions as well as clarifying the details of the tools and accessories used, editing the layout and list of tools and accessories in response to the customers’ need as well as escorting the customer to see and select the materials used for construction
4. Summarizing the list of materials as per the layout agreed by the customers, preparing the list of materials and submit it to Special Order (SO) Section in order to issue the Sale Order
5. Coordinating with the contractor who is responsible for the construction job of the customer and explaining the details pursuant to the plan made, how to use the tiles in various points, and the installation method to the contractors as well as inspecting if the construction made are in accordance with the layout drafted
6. Coordinating with the customers and any related parties to track if the goods/services are delivered to the customers within the stipulated timeframe
7. Supervising the maintenance of toilet and model kitchen (Model Room) displayed in store, verifying and notifying the Maintenance Section to see if the goods are installed in the model kitchen beautifully as well as providing advices for the customer in relation to the details of the decoration
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
