1. Lead Sales admin department
2. To handle loan documentation, progress billing and others sales administrative matters.
3. Expedite loan approval process
4. To liaise with in house and external parties (buyer, lawyer, banker. Local authority) with regards to loan application /documentation issues, related follow-up and follow through.
5. To ensure all correspondence from purchasers and solicitors are being attended properly and all payments due are duly collected.
6. To preapre and analyse monthly reports for submission to the management.
7. Resolve issue and problems related to loans and claim
8. Other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
 
Requirements :
1. Diploma/Degree holder.
2. Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales administration/supervisory role in the property development industry.
3. Preferred ex-bankers or have working experience in the legal firms.
4. Strong knowledge in housing loan and claim processing.
5. Knowledge of sales and purchase agreement and loan documents.
6. Good command in English,Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
7. Strong managerial skill
