2. Liasing and networking with a range of
stakeholders including customers,colleagues,supplier and partner organizations.

5. Managing the production of marketing materials such as leaflets ,posters,flyers,newsletters.
6. Liaising with designers and printers
7. Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.

and exhibitions
10. Conducting market research for example

- Requirements :
- 1. Diploma /Degree in business management
marketing or equivalent
2. SPM certificate will need to have at least 2 year's experience
3. Possess selling ,negotiating and presentation skills
4. Energetic ,mature ,self-motivated ,able to work independently and under pressure
5. Initiative (think out of the box)and commitment to achieve
6. Passionate and knowledge about local and global property markets
7. Possess strong client management and excellent interpersonal skills .
8. Computers skills Microsoft office applications
Excellent English and Chinese communicate both verbal &written
