•Own country volume & P&L for assigned product category
•Own the development of business strategy for assigned product category:
◦Assortment Strategy
◦Retail Performance Standard & In Store Visibility Strategy
◦Promotion Strategy
◦Channel Sales Fundamental
•Own category budget hence manage trade channel spending and result tracking.
•Manage Market Planning Team to deliver accurate forecast and replenishment.
•Responsible for the gathering, collating of competitive information via field sales force.
•Need to understand retail environment, competitive trends and strategies resources allocation analysis.
•FMCG Trade Marketing experience is not required but will be an advantage 
Requirements :
•Degree level in any discipline, preferably 3 years experience in Marketing/Sales of FMCG industries.
•Fluency in English and the local language/dialect.
•Computer literate in MS Office applications especially in Excel.
•Vast experience in the trade with good trade knowledge and contacts.
•Strong ownership and entrepreneurship
•Strong selling, presentation, communication and analytical skills.
•Traveling required
•Training and development will be provided
