Description :: •To take responsibility and response to customer's feedback, enquiries and complaints received on timely and professional manner.
•To attend all incoming calls and take message if neccesary.

Requirements :: •Preferable candidate who possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications/Business Studies/Marketing or with related discipline.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Possess customer service mindset and skill.
•Candidates with accounting backgrounds or experiences and familiar with marketing tools would hold an advantage.
•Self motivated with positive attitude.
•Strong analytical skill with excellent communication (written/spoken), negotiation and interpersonal skill.
•Ability to work with tight deadlines, under pressure, multi-task in a fast paced and intellectually demanding environment
