- Develops a sound business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Responsible for the development and management of all sales activities in the Car sales
Responsible for all day to day business issues, tenders and quotations preparation.
Maintain existing clients and sourcing for potential customers.
Prepares action plans for effective sales and prospects management.
Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
Provides timely feedback on market issues to senior management.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and complied with. - Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree holder, Business or other related discipline.
2 years and above working experience in car/automotive industry is preferred. Having some experience with Peripheral Intervention products would be a strong advantage.
Fluent in English and Malay / Mandarin, written and spoken.
Able to travel and willing to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, meet performance deadline, strong business acumen, high integrity.
