- 1.Responsible to assist Head of Regional Office in managing respective key performance areas, scheduling & timely execution of projects including proposal of corrective action plans designed to address network, operations standards and compliance matters.
2.Responsible to expand and improve dealer network in EM. This includes all areas of 3S & BP dealer network expansion, enhancement of dealer facilities and dealer compliance to network and facility standards and local authority requirements
3.Responsible to manage dealer appointment process and project management of dealers facility setup according to HQ’s policies & standards.
4.Responsible to build strong relationship with EM dealer network and communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers and local authorities whilst maintaining highest level of integrity and professionalism.
5.Responsible to manage dealer audit activities such as dealer standards operations evaluation and dealer compliance audit. This includes channeling and processing non compliance matters according to the set processes.
6.Ensure effective use of resources & identifying core competencies for optimum productivity & efficiency. Responsible for staff motivation & retention while establishing and maintaining proper workflow policy & processes.
7.Maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities, concentrating on those that most strongly contribute toward improving customer lifetime value. To assist in providing feedback to related internal departments/divisions on customer and market trend . - Requirements :
- Education & Experience :
1.Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines
2.Min 5 years working experience in automotive will be an added advantage
3.Knowledge in Automotive industry ie market intelligent, competitors behavioral and business profitability & expansion.
4.Experience in project management will be an added advantage
Skills required:
1.Able to communicate effectively at all levels
2.Fluent in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialect.
3.High competency in Microsoft Office
4.Willing to travel and possess a valid driving license
5.Willing to reside permanently in East Malaysia office - Lowest Qualification :
