Description :: •Responsible to assist the Factory Manager to Plan, Organize and Lead the overall production operations cum Factory Maintenance Operation in the Klang Factory to achieve BOD's production targets / KRA.
•The candidate must be a hands-on production operation and have factory machinery maintenance exposure.
•THIS IS A HANDS ON / LEAD THE TEAM POSITION. CANDIDATES WHO PREFER DESK BOUND JOBS NEED NOT APPLY!
•Candidates not willing to lead by example and to "GET THEIR HANDS DIRTY" need NOT apply.
•Responsible to assist the FM on all aspects of production / Factory maintenance operation support to the Company. This will include but is not limited, to core areas such as management reporting, production planning, operation management, maintenance management, preventive maintenance management, factory building / machinery maintenance schedulling, manpower and any related production activities.
•Ensures that all above mentioned activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner, sets targets for the team members and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance.
•Responsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the Company's operations.
•Responsible for ensuring that production and factory maintenance - preventive & scheduled standards established are adhered to.
Requirements :: •Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Post Graduate Diploma or Academic or Post Graduate Diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering / Machinery Maintenance or related discipline.
•At least 5 years of working exposure in the related field with major exposure in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering / Machinery Maintenance or related discipline. Welding skills an added advantage.
•Competent in management reporting, ISO, production admin system and related matters.
•Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English / BM.
•Knowledge of Chinese an added advantage
