Description :: - Responsible to prepare sales quotation and invoicing.
- Follow up closely on order receiving from customer & order placing to supplier.
- Handle overall JIT operation (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control and Delivery monitoring).
- Liaise with custom Malaysia on the CJ5A application and related documentation.
- Monitoring and follow up closely on payment collection and adhere to credit control.
- Support in part quality issue and others additional duties or tasks assigned by superior as and when required.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess Degree in Business Management /Logistics or related disciplines.
- At least 3 - 5 years related working experience in sales and marketing and logistics are required for this position.
- Strong hands on experience in handling import and export documentation and incoterm i.e DDU, DDP, CIF, CNF & etc will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong leadership, positive, self-motivated and flexible.
- Analytical and good in project management and co-ordination skills.
- Able to work independently, proactive, under pressure and result-oriented.
- Computer literate with basic accounting knowledge is added advantage.
- Able to travel outstation and overseas as and when required by company.
