Description :: 1. To make sure all sewing machines are in operating conditions according to production/quality standards
2. Do preventive maintenance to Sewing Department equipment
3. Daily oiling of sewing machines and as often as required
4. Keep records of the maintenance performed to each machine
5. Make sure all machines are listed and numbered (especially when there is a new one added to the Prod. Line)
6. Read and understand literature related to repair/maintenance to the Dpt. equipment
7. Keep and organize stock of spare parts in coordination with supervisor
8. Submit requisitions to replenish stock of parts
Requirements :: One to three years related maintenance/mechanic experience (sewing/grommet/fabric cutting machines)
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide (Lbs., Ft. Inch.)
Basic knowledge of Excel
Lowest Qualification :: Other Certifications
