Description :: -Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment and administration
-Handling on workers training and manpower requirement
- Handle full set accounts, accounting & software
- Lead the accounting personnel in day-to-day operations of the company's finance and accounting matters
- Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and other related government authorities
- Responsible for General Ledger tasks
- Responsible for the closing of monthly accounts
- Responsible for the statutory and management accounts including ad-hoc statistics reporting as and when required.
- Prepare the monthly reports for the heads of department
- Establish and maintain processes, procedures and systems to ensure financial & tax reporting are in compliance with accepted accounting principles and proper internal controls are observed
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent
- Required skill (Full set accounts and reporting)
- At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in the related field
