Description ::  Deliver excellent customer service to ensure it is in line with the CSMD
customer satisfaction objectives
 Assist HOD to compile and analyze customer satisfaction survey results from
branches for service improvement
 Assist HOD to develop & implement customer service campaigns effectively to
improve customer engagement and enhance customer service performance
 Maintain the track record of customer feedback, inquiry and complaints and
interaction properly to assist in customer service delivery
 Perform administration duties, handle correspondence, documentation and
follow up functions
 Periodically conducts interview/surveys of customers to further enhance
customer service performance in branches
 Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments to gain
information and resolve customer issues
 Carry out any other duties or projects as and when assigned by immediate
superior
Requirements ::  Minimum diploma in any relevant discipline with at least 1 year experience in
similar industry
 Good spoken and written in English, Malay and Mandarin
 Able to work independently and under pressure
 Able to interact with all levels of people
