Description :: - To develop strategy to grow existing distributors and dealers sales through identification of areas of growth and to ensure strategy implementation.
- To look into new areas of dealer appointment and selection of dealers to ensure minimum 90% coverage of dealer market.
- To provide support and training to new and weak dealers in cooperation with sales to ensure that maximum market potential is realized.
- To conduct joint customer visit with dealers and conduct paint school when necessary to promote Jotun professionalism and product quality.
Requirements :: - Degree in Business Administration/Marketing from a recognized University.
- A minimum of 4 years working experience in the building material and construction industry is advantageous.
- Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong mapping and analytical skills is essential.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to carry out assignments with minimum supervision.
