Description :: - Responsible to provide full logistic supports for inbound and outbound shipment with freight forwarders.
- Responsible to ensure efficient movement of goods in compliance with company policies, procedures and local laws, including in-country transportation as well as exportation and importation of goods.
- Responsible to handle internal and external inquiries.
- Handling of all documentary requirement and maintaining all related records and files including relevant shipping arrangement support documents.
- Familiar with L/C negotiation, International Trade Terms and regulatory requirements and processes.
- Liaison and co-ordination with supplier and warehouse including third party warehouse on delivery.
- Patience and ability to multi-tasks and work well under his/her own initiative.
- Assist Logistic Manager in all related logistics matters.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required languages (Bahasa Malaysia, English)
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
