- - Provide full range of information technology support activities, such as desktop applications support for Window 2000 Server/2003 Server/XP/Vista/7, network administration, office network security and protection;
- Provide user training, day-to-day support for the WAN/LAN environment, PABX, structure cabling, CCTV,problem analysis and resolution;
- Install new applications and infrastructure, data back-up;
- Assist Head of IT in problems resolving and work closely on further IT development, planning and budgeting. - Requirements :
- - Graduate in Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT related job areas;
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server OS, Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista/7, TCP/IP LAN, Citrix, Exchange 2003 and Windows Office Applications;
- In-depth knowledge of WAN & Network device, Routers & Switches, DELL/IBM/HP equipment management;
- Willing to travel locally and overseas.
- Hands-on experience on Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning is definite advantage;
- Able to work independently, under pressure and as and when required flexible hours;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Highly motivated, team player and user-oriented;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Mandarin and other dialects will be added advantage. - Lowest Qualification :
