Description :: The position of 3S Manager consists of directing the movement of a 3S Dealership of an automotive industry, coordinating sales by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals as well as engaging into the service centre. It also consists of establishing training programs for sales and service advisors and analyzing sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and hire purchase requirements and monitor the preferences of customers and monitoring after sales.
Requirements :: • Confer or consult with department head to plan sales events and services and to secure information on models and customers preferences;
• Confer with potential customers regarding models needs and advice customers on types of models best suited;
• Determine price schedules and discounts rates
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of automotive products, after sales or other subject of sale;
• Oversee all staff performance pertaining to sales and administration;
• Plan and direct staffing and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs;
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service;
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• At least 5 years of working experience in automotive industry specialize in managing 3S centre
• Strong leadership skills, capable of planning, good organization skills, coordinating and delegating duties among staff of the workforce.
• Hardworking, creative thinking and responsible person.
• Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to be aware of others’ reactions and understanding why they react as they do, and to persuade others to change their minds or behavior.
