- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Greet customers and ascertain warmly problem or reason for calling.
- Advise on company information.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Place or cancel orders.
- Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
- Attempt to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Sell products and services.
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Requirements :
- Possess a Diploma or equivalent in mass communication
- Knowledge in CCTV are an added advantage
- Able to speak malaysia and english
- Have good technical skills in decision making
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Posses with own transport and willing to travel
- Based in Seremban
