Description :: - To promote, drive and monitor professional education deliver it in accordance to the standards set by the Certification.
- To organize various activities to increase student enrollment.
- To provide counseling services to potential students.
- To oversee the student recruitment application and process
- To ensure the continual availability of updated information on affiliated overseas universities for the benefits of students.
- To visit Schools, Institutions and Universities for networking, leveraging and promotion
- To identify, organize and participate in relevant Education Fairs, Road Shoes and other promotion activities in order to generate leads.
- To source and gather appropriate data for use in educational campaigns and activities.
- To promote programs offered through market intelligence planning and implementing efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies.
- To manage administrative functions such as student registration, programme planning, coordination and administration, University liason and examination related matters.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field with at least 3 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the education industry.
- Ability to lead, recruit, motivate, train and lead teams and manage the overall operations of Sales and Marketing team.
- Fluency in English, Chinese and Bahasa Melayu.
- Experience in education counseling, marketing and promotions activities will be added advantage
- Be a team player, customer-focus and result oriented
- Able to travel within Malaysia to promote activities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A mature individual with excellent organization and time management skills.
