Description :: - Participate in new store openings and/ or store closing; travel may be required.
- Maintain the merchandise layouts, schematic plan and display of store.
- Participate new retail stores opening and or closing.
- Plan and monitor operational efficiency to ensure sales and gross profit is met, recommendation to corrective actions.
- Recruit, train and develop employees and provide succession planning on your team.
- Any other ad hoc activities as and when required by Superior.
Requirements :: - Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management or its equivalent.
- At least (5) five years related working experience
- Must be effective communicators in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
