Description :: - To execute and perform purchasing & sourcing activities to ensure smooth running of production.
- Work up closely with production demand forecast and capacity allocation.
- Responsible for all procurement activities
- Selection and monitoring vendor/forwarders/transporters and ensure cost effective operations at all times.
- To prepare accurately MOPB and PTP information and apply necessary permit and certificates from relevant authorities.
- Work closely with internal departments and external supplier on purchased items/ engage services.
- Conduct vendor evaluation & selection, negotiating with suppliers & sub-contractors to attain better pricing,timely delivery and sound payment terms.
- To assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
- Ad hoc projects and duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements :: - Confidence, excellent ISO knowledge and ability to work independently and multi task.
- Computer-literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, responsible,committed and results-oriented.
- Knowledge in customer services and well known in custom process flow and specializing in procurement or equivalent.
- 3-5 years working experience in purchasing/procurement.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
