- - Responsible in daily purchasing issues.
- Source for local or overseas suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the lowest available price with good quality.
- To ensure earliest delivery dates of items from suppliers so as not to cause disruption in the production.
- To cross-check order quantities in the order forms to ensure it tallies with the quantities in the PO.
- Always cross-check if there are any sufficient left over stock to utilize before placing new PO with supplier.
- Support Admin department on ad-hoc work activities. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Business Management or any equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
