- • Ensure information related to Inventory is accurate and available real time.
• Perform system stock movement and stock blocking for NI and IHD and ensure it is being reported correctly for charging to 3PL.
• Audit on NE&E physical stock and quantity blocked in system.
• Ensure all TRN and VIF are recon on daily basis.
• Daily Cycle count recon and adjustment in SAP and prepare report on stock lost or stock gain.
• To perform daily system to system transaction matching and identify any system issues or interface issues.
• Follow up on inventory and system/interface issues with relevant PIC to ensure the issues resolved/closed.
• Prepare various inventory reports (i.e. Stock Ageing Report, Cycle Count Report, System to system transaction matching report, etc).
• Tabulate stocks take variances and stock movement.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures.
• Perform internal audit on inventory documentations/records, policies and procedures.
• Coordinates disposal of surplus, scrap and obsolete materials.
• Any other inventory related tasks assigned by reporting manager.

- • Proficient in using Microsoft applications (especially Microsoft Excel).
• Good communication skill with an eye for details.
• Good analytical skills, self-starter, independent and team player.
• Ability to reason through complex issues and demonstrate effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, organizational and time management skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel among the 3PL warehouses.
• Degree in Business Management/Supply Chain Management Courses.
• Knowledge in computer operation system, i.e. SAP, Microsoft Business Software.
• Knowledge in Inventory Movement (system and physical).
