Description :: - Responsible for arrangement of timely delivery according delivery schedule
- Check with sales for acknowledgement on payment status before goods release to forwarders and transporter.
- In charged transport arrangement for local delivery and export shipment arrangement.
- Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List, B/L and COO)
for export shipments."
- Coordinate with sales, production and QA to obtain approval before delivery/shipment
arrangement. Ensure weekly shipment schedule provided to production and QA.
- Prepare PSS documents and responsible for sending PSS of confirm orders to customers.
- Update new CJ5 in system, DR4 and D&S list in sharefolder.
- Documents preparation based on data confirmation by sales as follow:
- Issues proforma invoice to customer.
- Issues invoice & DO for local customer.
- Issues invoice, DO, Packing List, B/L Draft for export shipments.
- Prepare COO from MITI / FMM for export shipments.
- Issues Credit Note & Debit Note.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Tax and Insurance declaration report to Finance department.
- Prepare monthly delivery schedule.
- Performs related duties refer to logistic or procurement as needed or assigned by HOD SCM.
