Description :
1. Maintain vendor's list and updating on any changes in the system.
2. To plan and order the materials from the approved vendor's list.
3. To ensure the components are timely delivered.
4. To control the stock inventory at certain level to ensure no production line stoppage.
5. To keep track with the suppliers regarding to capacity requirement.
6. To review yearly of supplier's performance Manage all materials planning
7. Purchase direct materials according to customers’ orders
8. Smoothen materials delivery to meet production schedule with minimal downtime
9. Manage inventory to meet company’s set goal
10. Coordinate materials transfer for new project
11. Close working rapport with others (production & engineer) to optimize production capacity
12. To keep the highest standards of professionalism during procurement transactions and time interacting with vendors or internal staff at all levels
13. To coordinate with related person / department in charge on the material reject issues.
14. Developing suppliers according to ISO/TS 16949 standard.
15. Participating in company's improvement program eg. 5S, CIP, etc
 
Requirements :
1. Possess at least a Diploma, in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
2. Knowledge in Purchasing and inventory control, Material Cost Control.
3. Candidates with plastic resin knowledge & experience are most welcome
4. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
5. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
