- -Overall in-charge for import, export movement.
-To generate weekly Shipment Schedule for export to overseas.
-Ensure shipping activities followed Malaysian Custom rules and regulation.
-Ensure overtime submission was authorized by Department Head and above
-Ensure monthly stationery well manage.
-Carry out additional tasks that are required by superior.
-Ensure good housekeeping and 5S.
-Streamline ISO documentation / Work Instruction.
-Application and renewal of regulatory authority’s related document including Certificate of Origin and MITI forms.
-Prepare related export documentation such as Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading and etc (when required by customer) for a smooth timely clearance and deliveries.
-To liaise, coordinate, maintain good contact with transporter, freight forwarder, shipping agent for import and export shipments in ensuring prompt deliveries.
-Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, delivery and received in scheduled timeline
-Ensure good housekeeping and 5S.
-Streamline ISO documentation / Work Instruction.
-To maintain proper filling of documents. - Requirements :
- -Knowledge on royal custom rules and regulation.
-Knowledge on transportation and forwarding matter
-Computer literate.
-Good oral and written skill in English. - Lowest Qualification :
