Description :: - Responsible for material arrangement to fulfil daily production plan.
- To issue PR & PO according to lead time.
- To send weekly forecast and pull plan to supplier in view of the latest customer’s/ production requirement.
- Weekly review inventory level versus production schedule planning.
- To arrange RTV (Return to Vendor) parts to supplier and coordinate on goods replacements or CN/DN.
- To monitor supplier on time delivery according to plan
- Perform ECN cut in the new pricing implementation.
- Handle material quality issues and delivery issues.
- To do proper escalation on material shortage issues.
Requirements :: - Ability to control purchase requisition, purchase orders and other relevant documents
- Able to do material planning
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of ERP system.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
