Description :: - Handling of full range of purchases including raw materials, spare parts, machineries, equipment, fixture, etc.
- Assist to source, analyse quotes and negotiate prices and monitor suppliers for on time delivery, price and terms and quality of products
- Assist to evaluate supplier’s performance, price’s competitiveness and material quality standard
- Assist to plan and work with production’s personnel to review materials requirements and delivery lead time to customer’s urgent needs
- To maintain complete updated purchasing records data and pricing in the system
- Resolving errors on purchase orders as required
- To verify, check and confirm correct for all purchasing invoices and submit to accounts department for processing payment without delay
- Assist to prepare purchasing monthly reports and submit to management on time
- Assist to investigating and determining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non- conformances)
- Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary
- Practice and implement in accordance to the requirements of ISO standard
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :: - At least Diploma/Degree or equivalents
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related
- Preferable executive specialized in purchasing/inventory/material & warehouse management or equivalents
- Able to work independently without any supervision
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal and bargaining skills
- With experience
