- 1. Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials,goods and supplies.
2. Review inventories and order as required.
3. Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
4. Review deliveries against the orders.
5. Track the status of any orders.
6. Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
7. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
8. Produce and maintain all reports.
9. Undertake all word processing that is required.
10. Undertake all filing as required.
11. Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
12. Process purchase orders, delivery orders, monthly custom report and invoices.
13. Responsible for delivering our overseas supplier's shipments to our sales team mainly by phone but also by email, as directed by Purchasing Manager.
14. Any other job assign by the superior.
- Requirements :
- 1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office.
3. Required language(s): Chinese, English, Malay.
4. Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
5. Preferably with 2-3 years work experience in related field.
6. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material &Warehouse Management or equivalent.
7. Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidates
8. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
