- -Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials,goods and supplies.
-Review inventories and order as required.
-Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.
-Review deliveries against the orders.
-Track the status of any orders.
-Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.
-Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
-Produce and maintain all reports.
-Undertake all word processing that is required.
-Undertake all filing as required.
-Liaising with suppliers, customers and internal departments.
-Process purchase orders, delivery orders, monthly custom report and invoices.
- Responsible for delivering our overseas supplier's shipments to our sales team mainly by phone but also by email, as directed by Purchasing Manager.
-Any other job assign by the superior. - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): MS Office.
-Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
-Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
-Preferably with 2-3 years work experience in related field.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material &Warehouse Management or equivalent.
-Preferably Mandarin Speaking Candidate.
